Tamper Evident Pipette to Suit Our 100ml Bottles (18mm Neck)

T/E means tamper evident: This means when the cap is screwed on top of the bottle the sealing band that is attached to the collar of the pipette will go over the bottle’s last circular ring. When the cap is removed for first time the sealing band will break and separate from collar which indicates that the bottle has been opened and or tampered with.

The rubber flexible piston is made to control dispensing of the product and to stop over using of the product which makes it perfect for use of essential oils, moisturising oils, herbal extracts, aromatherapy solutions, hair and beard treatment and more.

Delivery & Returns Policy

Where you are ordering goods to be fulfilled directly by somebottle.co.uk, the following delivery and returns policy will apply:

1. DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. DAMAGES or FAULTY PRODUCTS

Somebottle is responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Any errors, missing parts or damage must be notified to us immediately after receiving your package. We may ask for photographic evidence for some claims and should be sent to us within 24 – 48 hours.

Replacement of any item or parts will not be offered if you haven’t made the claim for faults or missing parts within 30 days of receiving your products.

Please ensure all packaging components are tested with the intended product. Somebottle does not accept responsibility for any loss resulting from incompatibility.

3. RETURNS (refunds and exchanges)

If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. You have 30 days to return or exchange an item with a valid receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

4. REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your is returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. If you paid for standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.

5. SALE ITEMS

We do not offer refunds for sale items unless they are faulty.

6. EXCHANGE (if applicable)
